How to Argue

* Everyone is either a teammate, or opponent.

* Deny everything.

* Always declare victory.

* Cut and paste as much as possible.  Take notes.  Learn to research your opponent.

* Personal attacks.

* Family.

* Ignore the premise of your opponent, even if stated; direct your arguments against what you think his true thoughts might be.  For example, if he says, "Windows doesn't crash every day for me," he probably really means, "Windows is great, and Linux is crap."

* When your opponent says something related to a larger issue, and you have no argument against him, argue against the larger issue instead.

* Don't provide evidence.  Make vague allegations.

+ Ask for evidence, and do not address any of the other points raised until he does.

* Realize you will never see this person in real life, so you can abuse them as much as you want without ever feeling remorse.
